It’s a massive weekend for the Invicta Dynamos as they take on league leaders – the Chelmsford Chieftains.
In one of the most anticipated weekends of the season, the league’s top two sides go head to head home and away with the first clash between the two teams in Essex on Saturday evening.
They’ll then do it all again twenty four hours later in Gillingham with the Kent side hoping for two good results.
The two games could go a long way to deciding to who ultimately goes on and wins the league with Chelmsford sitting five points clear at the top with a game in hand.
Knowing his side need to perform to their full potential, the Dynamos Head Coach, Kevin Parrish, wants a strong showing over the two games:
“Playing the league leaders back to back this weekend, has to be the toughest test of the season. The team have trained well this week and are focused mentally.”
“They know that a three or four point weekend will put pressure on them or we will have to wait for Chelmsford to slip up.”
“We want it in our hands and will be pushing them as hard as we can.”
The Dynamos are expected to go into the two games at full strength with the roster having enjoyed a three week break.
Fans wanting to see the game in Gillingham on Sunday night are advised to arrive early for the 5:15pm face off.
