The Invicta Dynamos ended their league season in style with a four point weekend after beating Solent & Gosport 9-4 on Sunday evening.

With a play-off place to secure, the Dynamos went to Cardiff NIHL Devils on Saturday night looking to lay down a marker and came back to Kent with a 4-2 victory.

They were to put on a show on Sunday as they came from behind to comfortably beat Solent and go into the play-offs in style.

Andy Smith was to give the Dynamos a lead within the first minute, but were to trail 2-1 at the end of the first period.

Three goals from Canadian Peter Vaisanen and one apiece from Justin Noble and Nathaniel Rose were to send the Dynamos into the final period leading 6-3.

Yet again it was the Dynamos that came out on top in the final period with Jack Tarczycki, Smith and Noble all scoring with Solent only managing to put one more past Davey Jackson.

The double victory ensures the Dynamos finished fourth in the National Ice Hockey League South and will now begin their play-off campaign away to Cardiff on Saturday 6th April, before returning to Gillingham to play the second leg on Sunday 7th April.
