The Invicta Dynamos will look for back to back wins against local rivals Romford Raiders when the two teams come face to face this weekend.
Kevin Parrish’s side make the relatively short trip to Essex to take on the Raiders in the last of their cup ties of the season, having won all seven of their fixtures so far.
The two teams will then face each other for the second time within twenty four hours when they meet in the league at the Silver Blades Ice Bowl in Gillingham on Sunday night and Canadian import Peter Vaisanen is looking forward to beating them twice:
“We’ve got two very big games one to solidify ourselves at the top of the table for the cup and the other to help our positioning for play-offs.”
“All the guys look forward to games like these but we have to treat them like any other game so we don’t let our emotions get the best of us.”
“Coming to the end of our season we want to go in to play-offs with good habits and hopefully a winning streak.”
The Dynamos go into the two ties on the back of a good run of late, having lost won five of their last six fixtures.
