The Kent Kings are back on track twice this weekend as they get their National Trophy campaign underway.

Following on from their opening meeting at Central Park against the American Internationals they get their home campaign underway against Isle of Wight Islanders on Monday but before that they take a trip to the Potteries to take on Stoke Potters on Sunday evening.

The Isle of Wight Islanders are well fancied this season, and Stoke have made a number of changes in the closed season, and they have strengthened by signing Luke Priest a fans favourite and added Lee Smart also.

Stoke started the season with two defeats against Mildenhall and Buxton before they started to find form by drawing at home to Buxton before drawing with the Islanders. The Islanders have home and away victories to their name this season before a draw at Stoke.

The Islanders have also strengthened their line-up with Tom Perry and Darryl Ritchings coming in from Dudley, returning for the side this season are Danny Stoneman and skipper Ben Hopwood.

The Kent Kings will remain unchanged from their eight point defeat at the hands of the visiting American Internationals.

They will be looking to improve on Sunday and ensure that they come away with their two fixtures to kick their season off in positive style.
