Bromley finished the season with an away point at Dorchester playing some very entertaining football and despite being reduced to ten men early in the second half.
Bromley fans were in celebratory mood after securing league safety earlier in the week and they were treated to entertaining and attacking football from the kick off with Hakeem Araba firing over, Ali Fuseini having an effort saved by Floyd and Michael Malcolm shooting just wide.
The early pressure paid off on 25minutes when an Albert Jarrett free kick was bundled in by Tutu Henriques. Araba & Malcolm both went close again soon after before the home side had a chance late in the half with Nicholls heading just wide from a corner.
With Bromley looking sluggish The Magpies were level 2minutes into the second half when Malsom turned smartly in the box and finished past Joe Welch from close range. Soon after he narrowly missed the chance to put Dorchester in the lead before The Ravens battled back into things.
Mark Goldberg’s side were dealt a big blow when Jarrett was sent off for retaliating to a dreadful tackle from Jermyn who was only booked. Malsom fired wide and Critchell had an effort saved by Welch for the home side while Araba & Aaron Rhule both fired over for Bromley who had plenty of possession, but too often over played when in the final third of the pitch.
The game ended with the players coming over to acknowledge the fans support with many of them already having signed for next season.
