There are just two rounds of the Moto2 Championship left of the 2024 season and for Jake Dixon his time with the CFMOTO Aspar Team is also coming to an end as they head to Malaysia this weekend.
Dixon has had some great races the past in Sepang, where he finished on the podium in 2022 and in 2023 he was fifth.
The last few weekends have not been easy for the rider from Dover, who has not been able to achieve the results he was expecting or indeed hoping for.
At the Malaysian GP, he will be looking to challenge for the podium and end his last two rounds of the season on a high.
Speaking ahead of the weekend, Dixon said: “Let’s see what we can do in Malaysia. It is a track where I have been good at in the past, but now things are not going well. We need to reset and take the weekend easy.”
