Having signed on loan from Gillingham earlier in the day, the former Dover Athletic striker was handed a start in the side by manager Tony Burman.
Four minutes later, the Addicks sealed the win when Ade Azzez finished off a quick counter attack.
The Charlton Under-21 squad will complete their warm-up campaign at Havant & Waterloovile on 10 August.
