Charlton announced on Thursday that the Checkatrade Trophy game with Swansea at The Valley was provisionally being brought forward from Tuesday 20 November to Tuesday 13 November.
If the Addicks draw their first round FA Cup game, the replay would take place on or around 20 November, and the Swansea game would be brought forward a week.
The FA Cup games will take place on the weekend of 10 November, and replays are normally staged around ten days later due to the notice police require etc.
The original date for the Swansea game – 20 November – is therefore at risk if Charlton’s FA Cup game goes to a replay.
