Cray Wanderers kick off their their Ryman League Division One South campaign with a Kent derby against Sittingbourne at Hayes Lane on Saturday.
The Wands suffered play off heartache as they lost to Harlow Town in the semi finals last May, but have been switched to the southern division for the new season and will be looking to progress in their new surroundings.
Tony Russell has added a few new faces to his squad with Danny Haynes, Seedy Njie, Solomon Taiwo and Max Williams adding extra strength to The Wands playing staff along with player coach Paul Lorraine.
Sittingbourne travel across with some new faces on the coaching staff after last seasons eighteenth place finish.
The Black and Ambers have had a good pre-season only losing once and scoring plenty of goals along the way and will be hopeful of taking the positive momentum into the real thing.
