Sevenoaks racing driver Mike Conway is to return to the IndyCar Series for two further races for Dale Coyne Racing.

Conway has already raced for the team this season and secured his first ever race victory in the IndyCar series.

He will be back behind the wheel of the No. 18 Sonny BBQ car for this weekend’s Honda Indy Toronto and the Grand Prix of Houston at the beginning of October.

There could be a lot of pressure on Conway to impress again, as he was on the podium in both races in Detroit, and once again the two races that he will be taking part in are double headers again.

Speaking about being back in IndyCar for two further race weekend, Conway said: “Hopefully we will pick up from where we left off in Detroit. Toronto is one of my favourite circuits so there is no reason why we can’t do well there.

“Houston will be new to a lot of people, however Dale Coyne and my teammate Justin (Wilson) raced there in ChampCar so I am hoping to get some good feedback from them! They should both be really good weekends and I want to thank Dale for giving me another chance to be a part of it.”

It will be Conway’s 57^th IndyCar race and he will be looking forward to competing again and trying to see if he can put the No.18 Dale Coyne racing machine back on the podium.
