Chatham Town have announced they will play a Gillingham side in the build up to the new season.

Martin Allen will send a team to face the Ryman League Division One North outfit on Saturday 6th July at 1pm.

Gillingham are already set to face Bromley later that same day with Allen set to shuffle his squad for the two fixtures.

The Chatham game is now Gillingham’s ninth confirmed pre-season fixture ahead of their first League One game against Colchester United on Saturday 3rd August.

Martin Allen’s squad return to pre-season training on Wednesday with two games against Ashford United and Faversham Town lined up for Saturday 29th June.
