Charlton Athletic face already promoted Blackburn Rovers at The Valley on Saturday.
Lee Bowyer will be desperate to take something from the game. The Addicks are likely to have one of their biggest gates of the season, and with Rovers being backed by a sold out away end, there should be a cracking atmosphere inside the ground.
Bowyer will be without hamstring victim Tariqe Fosu, but Lewis Page should have recovered from the achilles problem that caused his early withdrawal at Portsmouth last week.
Stephy Mavididi could also be available, and would probably feature from the bench.
If Charlton do qualify for the play-offs, Fosu may be fit enough to play some part in them.
The Addicks could line-up like this:
Amos; Konsa, Bauer, Pearce, Page; Marshall, Kashi, Forster-Caskey, Reeves; Magennis, Ajose.
Subs: Phillips, Dijksteel, Dasilva, Aribo, Kaikai, Mavididi, Zyro.
The referee will be Robert Jones of Merseyside.
This is as tough a game as Bowyer’s team could have at this stage of the season. Patrick Bauer and Jason Pearce have been in good form of late, and will need to win their battle with Danny Graham.
Bowyer will look to Ahmed Kashi to subdue danger man, Bradley Dack.
As well as roaring their team on, Charlton fans will be listening to their radios for news of the MK Dons v Scunthorpe, and Plymouth v Rotherham games.
If results go their way, the Addicks’ place in the play-offs could be secured by 5.00pm. More likely though, is a nail biting end to the season at Rochdale next week.
