It’s been a busy week for Bromley as they gear up for the new season, playing three games over two days.
On Tuesday lunchtime they drew 3-3 with Millwall in a behind closed doors game at The Lions’ training ground.
The Ravens’ goals coming from Williams, Allen and a trialist. A few hours later a team of mostly trialists lost 2-1 to Erith and Belvedere, Anderson on the scoresheet for Bromley, Higgs and Omofe the only first team squad players featuring in the side.
Wednesday saw a very young Bromley side make the short trip to Chislehurst to face SCEFL Premier Division Glebe with the newly promoted home side running out 4-0 winners.
Neil Smith now prepares his squad for two tough local derbies with National League South opposition. The Ravens travel to Welling Utd on Saturday before playing Dartford away the following Tuesday night.
They then send an XI to Holmesdale on Wednesday 26th ahead of the first game on the new Hayes Lane pitch on Saturday 29th July against a Crystal Palace XI.
