The untimely death of former Addicks midfielder, Darren Pitcher, was announced on Monday, he was only 49.
Charlton will make their first ever visit to Burton’s Pirelli Stadium on Tuesday evening, seeking their fourth consecutive victory.
Lee Bowyer may make a change or two to freshen his side up during the current hectic schedule.
He will have to assess whether Patrick Bauer can manage back-to-back games after his recent lay-off. He started with Chris Solly on the left on Saturday, but may consider restoring him to his natural right side for this game.
Jamie Ward had a fine game on Saturday, but struggles to play two games in quick succession, and Bowyer will be boosted by the return of Lyle Taylor, who returns after suspension. Ben Reeves may be fit enough to play some part in the game.
The Addicks may line-up something like this:
Steer; Solly, Bielik. Pearce, Sarr; Lapslie, Aribo, Reeves, Fosu; Taylor, Grant.
Subs: Phillips, Bauer, Dijksteel, Marshall, Morgan, Ward, Ajose.
The referee will be Ross Joyce.
Bowyer will be hopeful that his team can extend their winning run.
