Looking to build on a superb opening game victory, Bromley are back in National League action on Saturday afternoon when they take on Torquay United at Hayes Lane.
The Ravens defeated Dover Athletic 4-1 on Tuesday night with two goals from Michael Cheek, and one from Jack Holland & Ben Williamson, giving manager Neil Smith the perfect start for the season.
Bromley went in to the Dover game missing Luke Coulson & Reeco Hackett-Fairchild, but Watford loanee Harry Forster made a superb debut playing out wide as did all the other new signings.
Torquay make the trip up from Devon with one win and one defeat in the league so far, opening their campaign with a 1-0 home win over Stockport County thanks to an injury time goal from Lemonheigh-Evans and then losing 2-1 away at Eastleigh last Tuesday, The Gulls goal coming from Sherring.
When the teams met at Hayes Lane last season the game ended 3-3, with the game at Plainmoor un-played due to the season being terminated early. After the league came to a halt and was settled on PPG Bromley were placed thirteenth on 52 points from 38 matches, while The Gulls were one place lower with 52 points from 36 games.
The game will be take place behind closed doors due to Covid 19 Regulations, but the match is being live streamed to fans at the cost of £9.99 and the passes can be purchased from the Bromley FC official website.
There looks to be little margin separating the teams setting up what promises to be another close fought game.
