Fresh from their impressive win at Grimsby Town on Saturday, Bromley return to National League action at Hayes Lane on Tuesday night when they entertain Woking.
The Ravens’ 2-1 victory at Grimsby saw them come back from one down, thanks to goals from George Alexander and Jude Arthurs, taking them back up to fourth in the table with 44 points from 23 matches played, just three points off the leaders.
The three points was made even more remarkable given the speculation linking manager Andy Woodman with the Gillingham job during the week prior to the fixture, a situation which is yet to be completely resolved, but Bromley have won three of their last five games.
Woking make the journey over from Surrey sitting twelfth in the table with 31 points from 23 league games. The Cards defeated Wealdstone 2-0 at home last weekend, Inih Effiong & Jamar Loza on target for Alan Dowson side, only their second game so far this year, which hasn’t helped them find any consistency.
When the teams met in the reverse fixture at Kingfield in November, Bromley won 2-0 with late second half goals from George Alexander and Jack Cawley.
With Bromley hoping to cement their place near the top of the table and Woking looking to build on their win on Saturday, both sides go into the game full of confidence and there is always a special atmosphere under the lights at Hayes Lane.
Tickets for the match are available from the Bromley FC official website, kick off 7:45pm.
