Following Tuesday night’s win over Woking, Bromley are back in National League action again at Hayes Lane on Saturday afternoon when they entertain fellow play off challengers Notts County.
The Ravens go into the game on a good run of form, winning their last four matches, the most recent being a 1-0 win over Woking on Tuesday night thanks to a first half goal from Jude Arthurs.
The victory moved Andy Woodman’s side up to fourth in the league with 47 points from 24 matches played. Woodman described the performance against The Cards as ugly, but result was the only important thing and he was happy with a clean sheet.
Woodman bolstered his squad on Wednesday with the loan singing of midfielder Luke Dreher from Crystal Palace for the rest of the campaign.
Notts County are also on a strong unbeaten run of eight games dating back to November. On Tuesday night they drew 0-0 away at Wealdstone, a result that saw The Magpies move to eighth in the table with 42 points from 22 matches.
Manager Ian Burchnall describing the performance at Wealdstone as frustrating and urged his players to focus on the next match to keep their run going.
When the teams met at Meadow Lane in October the game ended 1-1, Kyle Cameron putting Notts County in front before Michael Cheek equalised for Bromley with ten minutes left.
In the previous meeting at Hayes Lane The Ravens won 1-0 on the final day of last season courtesy of a Ben Williamson goal that secured a play off spot for the home side.
This match looks set to be equally as close as two informs sides meeting head to head with so much to play for and only six points between Solihull Moors in ninth and the leaders Stockport County.
Tickets are available from the official Bromley FC website and two kids can attend for free with a paying adult (£20) or OAP (£15) ticket.
