Bromley entertain Halifax Town at Hayes Lane on Tuesday night in the National League on the run of three wins and a draw from their last four games under Interim Manager Neil Smith.
The Ravens edged to within three points of the magic 51 target for safety on Saturday with a 1-1 draw at Chester, while The Shaymen in nineteenth place picked up a vital win at Southport thanks to a last minute Shaquille McDonald goal taking them up to 36points.
Bromley came back from a goal down at The Diva Stadium with Moses Emmanuel scoring his nineteenth goal of the season and finished the game on top. Ben Chorley made a welcome return to the holding role in midfield with the injury list is now down to Louis Dennis, Max Porter and Alex Wall.
Halifax travel down from Yorkshire having put a strong run of results together since the appointment of Jim Harvey as manager and will be looking to widen the gap between themselves and the bottom four.
The corresponding match at The Shay in August ended 2-2 as Bromley threw away a two goal lead in injury time, and with both teams in confident mood it should be another close fought encounter at The Lane this time round with both sides fixed on the prize of another season in Non-League’s top flight.
