Bromley FC Chairman Robin Stanton-Gleaves announced this week that the club would be taking advantage of the Government’s coronavirus job retention scheme to furlough employees.
Having seen all revenue streams grind to a halt with operations effectively shut down by the government, the club have taken the option that all staff would be furloughed.
The club has guaranteed that all staff will receive 100% of their wages until the end of May, before reviewing the situation then.
The club is still in limbo as far as their National League campaign goes, with the season indefinitely on hold, waiting further advice from the football authorities.
