Bromley ganied a point on the leaders with a hard fought draw with Wealdstone in a game both sides had chances to win.
The Stones looked to have learned much since their promotion in April and the home defeat in August, but it was Bromley who started the game on top with Louis Dennis, Reece Prestedge and Jamie Slabber just off target.
The Ravens continued to press with Dennis denied by Jonathan North and Ademola headed a Slabber knock down over after colliding with Scannell.
Bromley finally went ahead on 28 minutes when Slabber’s header was tipped away by North only for Ademola to hammer home the rebound from an incredibly tight angle.
The Stones responded well and the were level on 35 minutes when the home defence failed to clear Elliot Godfrey’s free kick which was eventually volleyed home by Richard Jolly.
Things levelled out from there with Danny Waldren’s wayward shot the only effort of note.
The second half saw Stones start stronger, but the closest they came was two long range efforts off target by Matt Ball.
Bromley pushed back with Scannell, Slabber and Dennis denied by North. Slabber went close again with a sharp turn and shot and Ademola also had a powerul shot saved by North before late on Wealdstone had a good spell.
A series of corners saw Jonathan Wright head over from close range and Shaun Lucien shoot narrowly wide from 25y ards.
Both sides had to settle for a draw and will be ruing chances missed to grab a win in an entertaining game on a very heavy pitch in front of another good crowd at Hayes Lane.
