Boreham Wood were left ruing their missed chances as they conceded a late equaliser to a below par Bromley who only managed three efforts on goal the whole match, but still earned a replay.
The game started with both sides looking to attack, Elliott Buchanan firing wide for the home side while Graeme Montgomery went close for the visitors.
Bromley had plenty of possession, but Wood defended well and looked to hit on the break whenever The Ravens lost the ball. The visitors went in front on 25 minutes when Moses Swaibu tripped Omer Riza in the box and Riza picked himself up to tuck away the penalty.
Wood had two more good chances with quick breaks as the half went on Mauro Vilhete firing wide and Montgomery hitting the bar.
Just before half time Swaibu had a header tipped over by James Russell, although bizarrely a goal kick was awarded.
The second half started with Bromley looking brighter and Tony Finn had an effort saved by Russell while Buchanan headed over.
Montgomery went close for Wood again before Joe Welch had to make a good save from Cliff Akurang and Riza drilled wide.
Then out of nowhere a high ball into the box from Liam Harwood caught Russell flat footed and Pierre Joseph-Dubois headed home unchallenged to equalise on 87minutes.
Stunned into action Boreham Wood pushed for a winner with Montgomery firing wide when well placed while Buchanan blazed a free kick over for Bromley just before the final whistle.
