Bromley’s ten men grabbed a last minute winner to make it to the First round of the FA Cup for the second year running in an entertaining cup tie worthy of the competition.
The first half was dominated by Worcester with Danny Glover firing just over from a free kick and Gregg Mills having an effort saved by Joe Welch.
Bromley’s best chance fell to Richard Pacquette but his tame shot was comfortably by Glyn Thompson.
The away side continued to press and The Ravens dropped vey deep to hold on to the draw at the break until late on Elliott Buchanan screwed a good chance wide on a rare break.
The second half saw Bromley make a massive improvement with Ali Fuseini shooting over, Buchanan heading wide and Pierre Joseph Dubois effort deflected wide.
The momentum was halted though when Moses Swaibu was sent off for a second yellow card.
Worcester inevitably came back into things with Stuart Whitehead sending the resulting free kick just over.
But with the game becoming stretched late on a quick break up field saw Fuseini send in a low cross for Pacquette to slide the ball home from close range.
The drama wasn’t over though as Michael Taylor missed a wonderful opportunity for the visitors in injury time when clean through.
