Bromley slipped further into the relegation mire with another scoreless home performance against fellow strugglers Havant at Hayes Lane on Tuesday night.
The visitors started the better with Perry Ryan having a shot deflected over and former Bromley defender Joe Dolan firing over when well placed. Michael Malcolm had a chance saved by Dan Thomas for the home side, but Havant continued to look most likely to score with Scott Jones heading a great chance wide.
The second half saw The Hawks continue to put Bromley under pressure, Christian Nanetti was denied by Joe Welch and Jones shot wired while Pierre Joseph-Dubois had The Ravens best chance when his powerful shot was tipped away by Thomas. Havant continued to spurn chances with Ryan forcing a save from Welch and Jones shooting off target again.
Bromley had spells of pressure, but failed to create any real chances and Mark Goldberg’s reluctance to chance the miss-firing forward line until the last five minutes frustrated many of the home fans as his side failed to score again.
Late on Ollie Palmer shot over for Havant and this scrappy low quality game came to a goalless end.
