Margate FC further strengthened their squad this week with the addition of defender Ollie Boulding who makes the move to the coast from Ebbsfleet United.
Boulding is an excellent signed for The Gate and shows the squad that joint managers Steve Brown and Mike Sandmann are building for the coming season, and it is one that is being put together to challenge in the league.
At 20-years-old Boulding is a player with a lot of potential for the future, and also has two years of experience playing in the first team at Fleet, which will be of benefit at Hartsdown Park.
Speaking to the Margate site, joint manager Mike Sandmann, said: “Ollie is a great signing for us, he’s an energetic, athletic and quick right-back who I think will slot well into our defensive line-up.”
“Steve and I are keen to blend youth and experienced players into the team and we’re pleased Ollie decided to sign with us. It’s been another good week in terms of shaping our squad and hopefully fans are pleased with the progress being made.”
