Lydden Hill race circuit will be alive with the sound of cars this May Day Bank Holiday as the annual BHP Performance show comes to town.

Now in its sixth year at the Kent track it is the leading performance, motorsport and modified car show in the South of England.

The show will feature eight hours of live on track action, including demonstrations from a whole host of motorsport demonstrations, as well as five hours of public track time, where the public can take to the track.

Some of the highlights of the demonstrations will include drifting, Truck racing, rally cross, circuit racing, and oval racing.

Also attending the event will be Sittingbourne based rally cross talent Liam Doran who is a regular at the Canterbury circuit. Fresh from his victory in the X Games in Brazil last weekend Liam will be bringing along his DS3 as he demonstrates his talents for the watching audiences.

It promises to be all that you can want from an adrenaline filled day of demonstrations of drifting and other motorsports, plus you get to see one of the best rally cross drivers in Liam Doran, what more could you ask for from a Bank Holiday Monday?
