This month marks the one-year anniversary of Kent’s newest and most state of the art tennis club and gym Avenue Tennis.
The unique tennis centre in Gillingham will be celebrating its first anniversary with a special members evening, plus will be offering new members the chance to sign up with no joining fee.
Spreading over four acres, Avenue Tennis offers the most current Technogym resistance and cardiovascular gym equipment, 17 world-class tennis courts both indoor and outdoor across multiple surfaces, badminton courts, fitness classes and health suite. Along with fully qualified and friendly personal trainers to help members achieve the most from every visit and tennis coaching for both beginners and experienced players.

With first-year memberships exceeding expectations, Avenue Tennis has much to celebrate including the ever-popular children’s tennis camps to seeing their gym members enjoy the totally immersive cycling experience, group cycle. Membership numbers are limited as Avenue Tennis do not want to lose the feel of the club that their members have come to enjoy.
The Avenue Tennis, tennis coaching programme has over 200 members coached on a weekly basis and importantly for the future of the game, 250 five to twelve-year-old’s as members of the club.
You can also enjoy great food, delightful atmosphere and attractive terraces within the Avenue Tennis Restaurant which welcome non-members serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tables book up fast for their Sunday Roasts and monthly Steak nights; they are also well-known for their traditional Afternoon Teas.
Avenue Tennis has an excellent gym and Personal Training team who have ensured that they offer more than your traditional health club with a comprehensive fitness assessment and personalised programme to meet their member’s needs. Some impressive statistics include over 800-member health assessments carried out, over 11,000 attendees to group classes and over 55,000,000kg lifted by members.

Avenue Tennis will be celebrating its first anniversary with a members evening on March 24th, 2018. The evening will include bubbles, canapes, a buffet and live music. New members will also be able to sign-up with no joining fee, making a saving of £35. The no-contract membership is available monthly or annually.
