There was a touch of deja-vous when Sky announced the latest batch of Football League matches that they have selected for live transmission on Wednesday.
Again, the Addicks feature just once, again it is a match at The Valley, again it is in September and again it is a South London derby.
This year it will be Millwall on Saturday 21 September, with a 12.15 kick-off, as opposed to a Friday night game with Crystal Palace. It is a distinct possibility, that even if the game was not being covered by Sky, the police would have insisted that the kick-off time be brought forward.
The Addicks will be looking to end a dismal winless run against their neighbours.
Further Football League matches to be screened by Sky will be announced by the broadcaster later in the year.
