There are suggestions that the Addicks may make a move for Wolves striker, Sylvan Ebanks-Blake.
The 27-year-old started his career with Manchester United and scored a hat-trick for them in an FA Youth Cup tie at The Valley.
Ebanks-Blake only made two appearances for the senior United team, scoring a single goal. He netted four times in a nine game loan stint with Royal Antwerp before he left United and moved to the West Country to join Plymouth Argyle.
His stay at Home Park saw him bag 23 goals in 74 outings which attracted the attention of Wolves.
Ebanks-Blake enjoyed his best spell with the Molineux outfit, scoring 92 goals in 276 appearances.
Wolves’ relegation to League One means that the pacy striker is likely to be on the move again.
If he did join Charlton, Ebanks-Blake would be a natural replacement for Danny Haynes.
