Charlton completed the loan signing of Ben Purrington on Thursday.
Purrington is a naturally left-footed attacking full back. He will add the balance to the back line that has been missing since Lewis Page got injured.
He is 22-years-old, and cost Rotherham £300,0000 when they signed him from Plymouth in the summer of 2017.
Purrington has been on loan at AFC Wimbledon
this season, and has been an ever present.
So he arrives at The Valley match fit, and is likely to go straight into the team that faces Shewsbury on Saturday.
