Charlton Athletic will release 15 players when their contracts expire next month.
The full list is:
Tal Ben Haim
Simon Church
Chris Eagles
Roger Johnson
Lawrie Wilson
Oguchi Onyewu
Neil Etheridge
Jack Munns
Harry Osborne
Harry Gerard
Kadell Daniel
Kurtis Cumberbatch
Kieran Monlouis
Rhys Browne
Levander Pyke
There are no surprises in the list, though some may have expected Chris Eagles and Roger Johnson to be offered deals.
Alou Diarra agreed a contract several weeks back and the longer it went without Eagles and Johnson being given an offer, the less likely it became that they would be at The Valley next season.
Johnson admitted at the Player of the Year dinner that though he was talking to the club, he did not think that he would be at The Valley when his current contract expired. Eagles was in the same boat.
Lawrie Wilson has been a peripheral figure this season and Neil Etheridge is amongst a surfeit of keepers at the club.
It could well be that the club will also try to move Andre Bikey and Nick Pope on during the summer.
